Félix is an offshore renewable engineer with 13 years of experience in floating systems development.
Félix leads floating solar PV development at INNOSEA (>2100 MWp and 95+ projects to date) and has been active in the sector since 2017.
He is responsible for market, technical and economic analysis, strategy advisory and techno-economic studies, as well as cost modelling (LCOE). Félix has a broad knowledge of project development in France and regulatory and techno-economic-related challenges.
