Project description

Led by EURAC European Academy of Bolzano, the TRUST-PV project aimed to assess and develop accurate numerical and cost models for the development of PV plants with enhanced performance and reliability.

Innosea’s scope of work

Innosea’s scope of work as R&D partner on the project, entailed focus on the following:

• Assessment and analysis of comparative performance and reliability of floating versus ground mounted solar PV
• Numerical modelling of floating solar farm behaviour
• Numerical modelling of operations & maintenance drivers for floating solar PV
• Delivering technical guidelines for future upgrading and repowering
