About
Maria is an hydrodynamic and mooring engineer with 8 years of experience in the Offshore Renewables industry and, since 2019, in the Floating Solar industry.
She has a background in offshore energy engineering and holds a PhD in experimental hydrodynamics where she studied turbulence on tidal turbines. Maria joined INNOSEA in 2019 and she now works as project manager for marine renewable energy projects. She developed extensive experience in floating wind and more specifically floating PV panels. She has been involved in all phases of floating PV development, from R&D works through industrial projects, acting as a project engineer and project manager.
Since 2022, she is in charge of the Floating Solar Team and related R&D developments.
